Trainings for Adults
Adult relationships are critical for sustained youth engagement and civic action. Relationships with young leaders must be nurtured and developed for success. Organizations and adult advisors must be prepared to go beyond simply providing the “basic” activities for young people to participate in; young people are capable of more and have a desire to do more.
Participants will walk away with a better understanding of where their organization stands in the scope of meaningful youth engagement and will brainstorm strategies that will improve or sustain these key stakeholders.
